1. Consultation Services

ASTROJAK provides astrology consultation services (Kundali Analysis, Detailed Kundali Analysis and Marriage Matchmaking Analysis) delivered via WhatsApp call, chat or as arranged with you.

2. No Refund After Consultation

Once a consultation has been taken (the session has started or been completed), no refund is possible, since the service has already been delivered.

3. If Consultation Has Not Been Taken

If you have paid but have not yet taken your consultation, please write to us at astrojak10@gmail.com with your name, registered phone number, payment details/screenshot and the reason for your request. We will review it and respond to you.

4. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If you were charged more than once for the same plan, or money was debited without the booking being confirmed, email us with the transaction details and we will look into it.

5. Rescheduling

If you cannot attend at the agreed time, inform us as early as possible by WhatsApp or email and we will try to reschedule, subject to availability.

6. Nature of Service

Astrology is based on Vedic traditions and personal belief. Guidance is for general direction and does not guarantee any specific outcome, so dissatisfaction with predictions or outcomes is not a ground for refund.

1. Information We Collect

When you contact or book with us, we may collect your name, phone number (WhatsApp), date, time and place of birth, the questions you ask, and payment confirmation details. If you submit feedback, we also receive your rating, message and, optionally, your name and phone number. We do not collect sensitive payment data such as card numbers; payments are handled by third-party payment providers.

2. How We Use It

• To prepare your Kundli and deliver your consultation.
• To communicate with you about bookings, summaries and support.
• To improve our services and prevent misuse.

3. Sharing of Information

On the booking page, details you type (such as name, birth details and topics) are saved in a cookie on your own device for up to one year so you do not have to re-enter them. They are not sent to us by this cookie, and you can remove them with the Clear link on that page or by clearing your browser cookies.

We do not sell your personal data. It may be shared only with payment providers, messaging platforms (such as WhatsApp) and service providers needed to run our service, or when required by law. Feedback form submissions are processed through a third-party form service (Formspree).

4. Confidentiality

Your birth details and consultation conversations are kept confidential and are accessed only by those who need them to serve you.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

6. Cookies & Third-Party Links

This website may use basic cookies/analytics. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram open third-party services governed by their own privacy policies.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by writing to us.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must book on your behalf.

4. Payments

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change from time to time.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment provider Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details.
• Please send your details on WhatsApp after paying so we can schedule your session.

5. Accurate Information

Predictions depend on the birth details you share. You are responsible for providing them as accurately as you can.

6. No Guarantee; Not Professional Advice

Astrology is based on Vedic traditions and personal belief. Guidance is for general direction only and does not guarantee any outcome. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice; please consult a qualified professional for those matters.

7. Acceptable Use

Please be respectful to our team. We may refuse or end service to anyone who is abusive, misuses the service, or records or redistributes consultations without permission.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding and written summaries are owned by ASTROJAK and are for your personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ASTROJAK is not liable for decisions you make or losses you incur based on consultations or website content.
